Cheese School

Cheese School will take place at The Ethicurean on  Sunday 30th October. We can arrange transport or put you in touch with nearby B&B’s for those of you who are planning to make the most of the beer and wine on offer.

The day runs from 10.30 till 4pm and will be hosted by Fiona Beckett and  Jess Trethowan who will be joined by some of Britain’s finest cheesemakers, brewers and other food experts to bring you a whole day of cheese and pairings.

Somerset cheesemaker Tim Homewood will show you how to make cheese in your own kitchen.
Fiona will be running the very well received ‘Amazing Tastes session’ and the ‘Cheese Smack Down’ with Andrew Cooper of the Bristol Beer Factory and wines, ciders and spirits donated by wonderful local producers and businesses.
A delicious lunch will be provided and you will leave fully cheesed up at around 4 ‘o’ clock.

Tickets cost £125 and for this you get the passion and experience of some of Britain’s best cheesemakers, the wine and food matching expertise of Fiona Beckett (The Guardian’s wine writer), as much cheese as you can eat, plenty of wine, beer, cider and a lovely meal to boot.
Buy Tickets/Vouchers here for you  and/ or your loved caesophile friends and family.
